Prime rib #2

Picked up a 5lb prime rib roast from publix a week ago, finally had time to cook it. Reverse seared at 250 grid temp, took 1.5hrs to reach 120. Let it rest until the temp stopped climbing while the egg went nuclear, the roast reached 126 before it stopped climbing. Seared an additional minute on the top and bottom. Came out great, love the reverse sear for prime rib.
