BIg Bone In

Kids are out of the house tonight, so decided to do a big steak. A 2.3lb bone in ribeye seasoned with pepper and a dusting of Plowboys "Bovine Bold". Pushed all the lump to one side and set the cast iron pan over the hot side. Ran the xl at 275 and it took just over an hour to get to 127  internal with the steak on the opposite side of the coals. Seared off on the cast iron with a little butter. Ended up fantastic. Thanks for looking!
