Ginger - Lime - Chicken - Skewers -BGE.... Need I say more? Ahh, but I will. I want to give a high five, or a kudos or something to Dizzy Pig! These were amazing. I put this marinade on mushrooms, peppers and zucchini as well as the chicken. Amazing. There wasn't a morsel left on the platter. I did add a smidge of garlic.... ok, who am I kidding, I added a lot of garlic. I do have to say though, the shrooms were the best. And I never even thought to cook with oyster sauce.[p]Thank you.
