Grilled Swordfish

During my trip to Pensacola for the Eggfest this past weekend, I took the time and made it over to Joe Patti's Seafood Market. They have anything you could ever dream of.  I picked up a couple fresh swordfish steaks along with some other things. 

I grilled them hot and added a pineapple hababero glaze.  Served it with a coconut milk jasmine rice, lemon grass flavored soy sauce sautéed sugar snaps & edible flowers. 

The fish was spectacular. If you are ever in the Pensacola area, make it a point to stop by Joe Patti's!
