I am doing some baby backs today and have also been looking for new flavors. Stonewall Kitchen make some interesting sauce's.. I am going to try this one, I plan to sauce 30 min from the Finnish.. Hope you have a great day.Greensboro North Carolina

Steven Raichlin on Project Smoke had baby backs with vanilla that he said was the missing ingredient for unique flavor. I'm pretty sure you can google the recipe and video. They looked awesome

Find an oriental grocery store and get a package of this for char sui ribs then get some sweet garlic sauce to go with them.

Thanks for all of the suggestions. There are some good ones and will definitely try them. I've been thinking about an orange chipotle rub and finished with a tequila orange glaze. I'll let you know.
