I was so inclined to agree sister. As such:

Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    Status- Standing by.

The greatest barrier against all wisdom, the stronghold against knowledge itself, is the single thought, in ones mind, that they already have it all figured out.

What a beautiful bird @eggnewtoy. That skin looks fantastic. I am absolutely sure the flavor and moisture were off the charts.

I just did my second spun chick. Doesn't look as perfect as yours, but no doubt the best chicken I've ever cooked. As long as I have the spinner, spatchcock is definitely a thing of the past for me!

I might have to get my George Foreman Rotisserie out of the garage and give it a try again after seeing these pics!

I just caved over the weekend and bought one with a 20% off coupon at Ace. Have yet to bring it out of hiding. I get in trouble starting in November as this should have been on my Christmas list. Like I'm gonna wait until then to use it. Jeez!

Congrats @scooter759! Just tell your significant other that the elves dropped it off early so you could practice making fantastic food for the holidays. Yep, that should work. =)

Mine loves it when I buy my own gifts so she does not have to!  She hates the Holidays.
