Thanks to Dobie Dad for the recent Leg of Lamb recipe. Just after reading the post, I happened on the leg, so, I made it last night and it turned out to be the most interesting cook this season. The caper, garlic, parsley, tomato, anchovie stuffing was really a terrific compliment. I will make it again for sure.
