Nice day for Chili via the Mini BGE (pix)

Options
Smoked up a 3.25 lb chuckie in the Mini with rum barrel wood, pulled and diced at 190 deg f IT. Then added that and the smoky drippings to a CI DO with Jimmy Dean sausage, onions, crushed maters, diced maters, beef broth, beer, masa harina, seasonings, etc etc...  










Prolly my best chili to date. Didn't add any beans this time, so I guess even my TX friends would call this chili. ;)
