Had a family BBQ today. Four slabs,of Compac Duroc Baby Backs using the CWM method.Cherry,Apple and Post Oak.
ABTs with Chirizo Bratwurst.I smoked a link for two hours and then choped it and mixed it with the Cream Cheese. Wrapped in Boars Head Bacon.
