Semi-OT ... Costco Stuffed Peppers
Options
The Mrs. and I have been getting these from Costco lately. They make awesome prep-ahead meals for the work week, and they are only $2.35 per serving give or take. Since it's just her and me, we re-containerize 2 of them in disposable meatloaf pans, cover with foil, place them in freezer bags and freeze for later. Very convenient and they are really good. Very little cleanup during a stressful work week too, which is really nice.

That is a very good idea and I bet a real time saver. I bet cooking these on the egg will make them extra good. Thanks for the idea.

I've had the Costco ones a couple of times. They are pretty good and easy to cook. When I was a kid, mom used to makes something similar with rice mixed into the meat and spaghetti sauce on top. So I took these and put some spaghetti sauce on top. Reminded me of my old meals.Aledo, Texas
