    ronbeaux,[p]Honestly I really dig using the big mo 14 inch Wustof Heavy Classic Cooks Knife that you see there. 8th from left. Other than that it really depends on what I am doing. The cleaver combined with a smaller 8 incher is great for chopping bark from butts. The Japanese SHUN knives, which are the ones with the layered steel and round handles are great for everyday use. The squared one to the right of the 14 inch chefs knife is great for thin sliching..still looking for a bigger one though

    SmokinBoB,[p]Nice to see I'm not the only one who uses an offset deli knife! I got it for tomatos and bread. Then I got a tomato knife as a gift.
