That's perfect. I have a PR roast in the freezer I've been waiting to cook until I got my rotisserie install on my egg. Noted and bookmarked this thread. Thanks!

I'd echo the comment of @Hawg Fan perfection!“There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.”

@eggnewtoy do you have a Rutland gasket on your egg? I'm getting ready to replace my original gasket with a Rutland. I'm not sure it will maintain 225 right now with the Joetisserie and I'm really not sure it will maintain that with just the Rutland on the base and no gasket on the dome.

That's killer! I just got a Joetisserie for my birthday, and now I think I know what my Holiday dinner will be.

@smokeyw, no. Still have the original gasket on the egg. Do need to think about changing it. Seems like a lot of work.BGE Large and MiniMax, Napolean 500. Obsessed with rotisserie.

what did you rub/season it with? We have a firemagic built in that has a rottis on it, works great, for gas the only think I use it for. Been wanting to try an PR on it, yours looks great!
