Nibblemethis's Southwestern Chicken and Corn Chowder...

... is AAAAmazing!!  2nd time I've made it.  Made a double batch of it tonight for plan-ahead meals for the freezer.  I smoked the chicken with applewood and gave the veggies some char on the Blackstone griddle. Finished the veggies off with some indirect smoke on the egg to loosen the skin and add a kiss of smoke. Then finished the chowder in a CI dutch oven on the egg until finished. Incredulicious.  :flushed:  

Smoked 2 chickens... The Mrs. is going to use one of them for a "cheesy spinach dip chicken pasta" recipe  for later in the week. I'll post that one too when she makes it.  









It tastes even better than it looks. @NibbleMeThis never disappoints with his recipes. :rock_on:
