Thaw or cook frozen? I see mixed reviews and trust the minds on the forum over "Google Search".

I would definitely thaw, but that's because I only cook tuna for about 45 seconds a side.
-
If you need to thaw quickly, put it in a water bath in the ice box. Ready in just a few minutes. But to answer, I would not go frozen.Go Gamecocks!!!

My vote is for thaw“There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.”

I'm with @BYS1981 I like to blacken tuna. Smokin hot cast iron. The fish needs to be room temp.XLBGE, LBGE, MBGE, SMALL, MINI, 2 Kubs, Fire Magic Gasser

Thaw, walk past the egg and eat. May want some wasabi and soy.

I personally skip the egg.. I throw it in my cast iron.
