Those look fantastic! One suggestion that has been posted here many times : use foil to block the radiant heat from the fire where the meat hangs over the plate setter or drip pan. Happy birthday, man.....

I did the same thing last year on my first birthday after getting the Egg. My family kept asking, "Shouldn't WE be cooking for YOU on your birthday?" I don't know how many times I had to assure them I was doing exactly what I wanted on my birthday.
