Very creative but what is this thing you call cheese pizza? All pizzas should have meat of some type. ;) Just messin' with ya.

I liked it too! Only thing missing is the $ shot where you take a bite and look into the camera and say how good it is :-)

Really nice video for "just playing around".  Not sure if you ever mentioned what temp you were cooking at, but that would have been nice.

I know all about the "cheese" pizza, as it is all my wife will eat when it comes to pizza.

Well done video, but I have to take exception to the rolling pin. Rolling pins are for pie crusts or homemade pasta. Nothing else. Not that I can think of anyway. Definitely not for pizza dough! Hand shaping and stretching only. If you're gonna use a rolling pin for pizza dough, you might as well just use a tortilla!

Also, add the platesetter and pizza stone immediately after lighting the lump. Takes a while to get all that stuff to temp.

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

you are correct on the PS and Stone - that was a mistake due to me focusing on making the video not the cook.

Not to be a contrary troll, but if it works, do it. With pizza or any other cook, it's not the journey, it's the destination............if it works out, who cares how you got there?  B)

    Great video! Really well done.

i admit I use a rolling pin for pizza dough too. I also used it to flatten chicken breasts. I thought my marriage was over... Wife was NOT happy about that!  She's on your side @Carolina Q

Video looked a lot better than other videos I've seen.  Only suggestion I could give is maybe say why you setup the egg a certain way for new people. Like why you do PS legs up and then another stone higher. We get it, but a new guy might not. Oh and take a bite at the end.

Just watched the second one. Very nice. You need to add your YouTube channel to your signature here on the forum so people know you have one and can find it easily.

Figured you weren't from Texas or the South by the way you say salsa, then I saw in your signature that you're from New Jersey. LOL
