Picked up these beautiful steaks at Costco and tossed them on raised direct at 450 then opened it up to 600 and moved them closer to crust them up. Plated with some carrot sticks and grill potatoes. These things are freaking fantastic.

I am thinking of joining Costco again just so I can look for one of these. Beautifully done.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

I've been wanting to try those, looks great!“There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.”

@Hans61 Thanks and don't wait any longer. They are so worth the 18.99 per pound. Tender like a filet but tasty like a ribeye.

I had a package of these in hand at Costco last night, I put it back as punishment for not pulling the trigger during the SRF sale this week. Next week is a different story! Great looking cook, inspirational even...

More meat please !! :-) -
@DoubleRay415 - go back and grab 'em. You can use SWMBO logic, "look how much I saved with the Costco buy vs SRF". Never mind the true costLouisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

@Brisket_Fanatic It wasn't hard ,but it did consume some time removing the silver skin. I watched a you tube video , and got with it . :-)More meat please !! :-)

Looks fantastic!
Next time, consider untying them and spreading them out. Let them warm on the counter then cook closely over a hot bed of coals to get a good amount of crust. Just do not overcook. I like doing it that way a lot better than in the pinwheels.--------------------------------------------------
