Best food I've ever cooked

I came across this recipe posted on our forum with a link to http://www.dantnation.com/smoked-french-dips.html. While I have 2 pork butts on the smoker, I threw this 7 pound sirloin roast on the smoker and prepared the au jus as directed (I did substitute a sirloin roast for a rib eye roast however).  Hands down, the best food I've ever prepared and highly recommend. Thanks @dantnation
