I came across this recipe posted on our forum with a link to http://www.dantnation.com/smoked-french-dips.html. While I have 2 pork butts on the smoker, I threw this 7 pound sirloin roast on the smoker and prepared the au jus as directed (I did substitute a sirloin roast for a rib eye roast however). Hands down, the best food I've ever prepared and highly recommend. Thanks @dantnation

Man that looks good. Did you cook it raised above the butts? A lot of meat going for the same about of fuel, awesome.

Unfortunately I don't have a raised grid yet, I just got the BGE a few weeks ago. But cooking on an XL allowed me to have the 2 pork butts and a roasting pan with the sirloin roast.

Ah ok, that makes sense, sorry I assumed you had a large. Just got a woo and grid extender myself so could likely pull it off with that.
