Rib Spritz
I'm doing 3 slabs of ribs today 3 different ways as I wade through all of the different recipes around here. A couple of them, including the Dizzy Pig sight call for spraying/spritzing the ribs with a mixture of apple juice and apple cider vinigar. They don't give the measurements of each for the mix. Any ideas out there?

I am pretty sure I read somewhere that it is 8:1 juice to vinegar. Ive been wanting to try that as well. Let us know how cooking them like this as opposed to the 3-1-1.5 method works out.

Thanks. I've been doing the 3-1-1.5 way for a while and it's great. But the wife is out of town and that's the time to experiment. I'll eat almost anything if enough beer is applied......to me.
