In a couple of weeks I will be traveling through Birmingham via I-20 from Atlanta and then I-22 from Birmingam to Tupelo, MS. I would love to try some Alabama white sauce BBQ. Any suggestions on where to try some in the Birmingham area?

I found this article:

They list Moe's, Miss Myra's, and Saws that have white sauce. I was checking out Moe's web site and they are in Atlanta too (midtown and Roswell).Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
Pop up to Decatur, AL and try it where it first started. Big Bob Gibsons. From there you could head west and take the Natchez Trace down to Tupelo. Win/Win
