Ready to cook Pork Riblets

I bought these ready to cook pork Riblets yesterday and was wondering what's the best way to cook these on my egg?

    theres different cuts for riblets or what are called riblets. neck bones, single ribs, and these, these i just low and slow but if i were to foil ribs part way through they would be these, not much meat and they can get dry
