No chance I could be there, but I think this site needs a link across the top (where all the video, dealer, etc links are supported) that lists upcoming eggfests. How difficult can they be given that they are available here:

Meat Mountain ! - pork schnitzel, beef, veal, turkey, smoked bacon, onion, peppers - oh my !The rig was originally designed by Zippy. Each meat had a different marinade. I rotated different meats, onions and peppers on the vertical stick. Also added onion and peppers and garlic to the pan. Usually I make Greek style potato cubes in the pan. (I often add lemon and/or other citrus fruits to the pan.)

This early stage pic is sans grid. When the meat mountain grew and started to 'sink', he slipped the grid under the cross to avoid disaster!canuckland
