Reverse sear

Tried this set up last night for a reverse sear. Took the half moon stone and put it on the fire ring and then put some copper elbows on the opposite side so the ci grid would be level. Brought it up to 250 with the steaks over the stone. Once they hit temp, pulled them off and opened the vents shooting for 550 degrees. Put the steaks back on the direct side for a couple of minutes per side for a perfect medium.
