leftover brunch, heated up some venison sausage with my daughter's veg-heavy pasta sauce and cooked a couple of eggs in there for good measure

That works on so many levels.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

@Mickey have you tried this? Pretty good if you don't have any homemade in the freezer. I put more smoke on it when I grilled it.

@Mickey I just made a small fire in the back with some cherry chips and had that in the front raised direct, but not over the fire. 230 ish for an hour or so and then pushed them over the fire to get a little char. They're already smoked with pecan, I just wanted to add a little more while heating them up. You could absolutely go hot as well, cooks like a kielbasa.
