    Those look great Donnie. I have a 24" X 12" cast iron griddle that I use for pancakes and bacon when camping out with the scouts. Recently got the bright idea to put it on my gasser since it's to big for the large egg and made some great smash burgers.

    @ tgs2401.  With a little innovative rigging to raise your grate above the felt line, I bet you could make that big griddle work on your L.   I have some short pieces of square metal tubing I use to raise mine.  Just get it above the felt so it doesn't get damaged and you'll be good to go.
