First MiniMax Trip

He whole family took the week and went camping up in Boone/Blowing Rock, NC area. This was our first trip taking the new MiniMax and I got to tell you it was AWESOME! It was so cool to be able to fire up and manage an egg cook in the woods. As it was tipping the scales of 100* degrees back home, we were sitting in temps 57*-79* all week. Good bourbon, good weather, and great eats. I couldn't ask for anything else!
