Mcrib is back!!!! (Sorta)

bought some country style ribs just to try something different. Seasoned with honey hog and onto the egg. Glazed with a little jalapeno peach jelly mixed with lime juice and some joe's KC bbq sauce. Wife said they taste like burnt ends. I decided to make a sandwich.

That looks awesome. Those jalapenos look like they still have the seeds in them! Nice!

Those are bread and butter peppers. I pickle a bunch of them every summer. They are kinda sweet and sour and spicy.

Well, they look good. I've done them several times with pretty good luck, but cheated. I put them in a pan with Rufus Teague's rub, Coca Cola, BBQ sauce and brown sugar. A couple of hours at around 300 then on to the grill. Pretty darned good.

Those look great , I got some country ribs yesterday, but I think they are from the loin ... Going hot and quick, hopefully they turn out half as good as yours look...

Great cook! Iwould be all over that like bark on a tree. Those peppers are the absolute real deal. I was lucky enough to have some @Biggreenpharmacist shared with me, out of this world. This dude rocks. 5 stars!
