The wife loves Buffalo Wings so for Brownies Points I Smoked her some Flats! Not so much of a Smoke but an Indirect Grill ala Grill Grates!

Thanks guys for the nice comments. Yes they are decent sized and already cut. My local butcher sells them to me, all flats if i like for $.99 a pound. You will be surprised the deals you can score if you get on good with your favorite butcher!

Those look good. I did buffalo frog legs tonight. No pics but they came out good. Try the sweet baby rays buffalo sauce it's really good.New Orleans, Louisiana.

Ill have to try it out. We use Frank's. We put that #### on everything! Actually these were Brined, no sauce.
