I been lurking the forum for a little while now. I just love how helpful everyone on the site is. I enjoy reading a lot of the post. I have gained a lot of knowledge through a lot of you. This forum has helped me in many ways with cooking temp, cooking techniques and has given me a bunch of great recipes to try. My family really enjoys the items that come off the egg. In fact my 12 year old son likes the egged items so much, he has asked for his own egg for his birthday. I just wanted to say hello and cannot wait for my egging experience to get better.
