I posted a few pics of the build a week or so ago under the "Table Build" topic, finally got it delivered from my dad's shop today and all setup...
Started on the build back around Memorial Day, due to work, we (my Dad and I) didn't get it finished until this weekend...
Used cypress for the exterior, with a spruce 2x4 frame. It has an 18x18 granite inlay that I had cut to size (granite guys are very proud of their work!).
Sorry for the poor lighting, the sun was behind the table and I couldn't get a great shot...here's a good shot of the granite inlay before I got it setup...
Open for business, with the door handles installed...
One final shot, under the pleasant glow of the back porch lights...
Thanks for looking!

Very nice work. I'll be so glad when I can get my thoughts together and get something built.

Nice Table!

Elegant! Very, very cool!
I was a little worried about smoke, at first, thinking some of those windows looked like glass, but I gather it's all screen. Very cool! -
Great build and set-up. Ready to fire it up and enjoy.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Thanks for the kind words! I'm very happy with how it turned out! I can see the table through French doors off my living room and I smile every time I walk by. It's a great place to cook, and the screened-in covered porch makes it very convenient. It even has a vaulted ceiling so I don't get choked out during especially smokey cooks!!
