First of all, Happy 4th of July to you all. I fired up my new BGE for the first time today and decided to go with St Louis style ribs. After reading many of your articles and tips, I got her started fast, had a little issue with temp control and soon got everything running great. Four hours later, we were enjoying these.....thank you for all your tips and ideas. Happy to be a part of this group!
