Took the opportunity to use the Quaker Steak and Lube Arizona Ranch sauce I received in the Rub and Sauce exchange on some wings Friday night. Initially rubbed with Famous Dave's Country Roast Chicken seasoning, cooked at 425 indirect with Hickory wood for 40 minutes before being tossed in the sauce. Gotta say this is my best wing cook yet! Special thanks to @cazzy for setting up the exchange @steel_egg for the sauce and to everyone who gave me there tips and tricks to great wings on my other thread.Chicago, Illinois

Throwdown offering and birthday meal. A Braveheart black angus brisket, scratch Boston baked beans, Mexican street corn, and home made peach pie with some Blue Bell. This may not win anything but it was delicious. Finally nailed a brisket - I think it was important to start with good meat.

Neighbor brought over a couple racks of St. Louis style for before we walk over to the fireworks show. A little over 3 hours in a just kicked the temp up will probably sauce in 45 minutes or so.

Picanha, baked potato bar, grilled Ceasar salad and broccoli. Manned the meat so much I never got a plated shot. Everything done on the eggs. Its work! In fact, the plate was the cutting board. Thanks to Bogdan's tutelage. Many boys said best meat they'd ever had. Made me smile. Happy 4th all!
