Finally was able to find some decent looking bone in chuck ribs! These are cut and wasn't able to get a full rack but it'll do! Seasoned with John Henry's brisket rub and in the egg @ 285ish they go! Bone side down to start and shooting for probe tender! Looking forward to some good eats!

Thanks! I've made boneless chuck ribs that the wife and I loved so I'm hoping we are in for a treat! The marveling looked awesome on these! And at 3.59 a lb couldn't pass em up. So I bought all they had. Twelve pounds worth I think

And the finished product! They are delicious! Little over 4 hours and they probed like butter!
