Pizza Night ideas

Today I am looking to make something other than the standard cheese or pepperoni pizza. any thoughts?
I have done Buf Chicken and Pulled pork pizzas and looking to wow my guests tonight.
for one pizza i was thinking of using some of my fresh basil (I have growing in the backyard) and Cabot Alpine cheddar.
One of my guest likes cheeseburgers so I was thinking of doing a pizza with a cheeseburger theme.
Just got a request for peach cobbler for desert. This is going to be a great day - Jury duty was cancelled so I am free to fire up the egg(s). Gonna use the XL and MM and make personal size pizzas.
Let me know if you have a pizza I have to try.
Funny thing is I am allergic to dairy so I have to rely on my guest for feedback!!!

Arugula pizza with egg (poached or cracked on the pizza). Would be good with a balsamic reduction.
Spinach, tomato, and fresh mozz.

Agree with @tarheelmatt we often do an olive oil/garlic/parm base with proscuitto, arugula, and an egg which is great! My personal favorite is to do on the egg is a BBQ chicken and candied bacon pizza, smoke the chicken before hand and let it cool, brush olive oil on the rolled out pie, swirl BBQ sauce, chicken, and some brown sugar candied bacon, cheese of course... the BGE gives that pizza the best flavor.

well, things went great. Made 3 pizzas (1. chicken/bacon/bbq sauce and cheese, 2. basil/onion/pancetta, 3. cheeseburger pizza)
Plus (for me) a no cheese pizza with the leftover ground beef, chicken and bacon. the peach cobbler was a great end to the meal. Had a blast cooking tonight. Can't remember life without the egg. Funny I hardly ever cooked before getting the first egg (XL).
