I had tried to fix ribs a few times but they always came out a little tough. The Mrs. wanted them to basically fall off of the bone or close to it. So I got some baby back ribs today from Kroger's and followed your instructions with pictures and they came our perfect. Just pulled away from the bone at the slightest bite.[p]So she gave them a 9.5 out of 10 and my 6 year old gave them a 636 out of 10!!! She ate about 4 ribs and didn't leave a piece of meat on any of them.[p]But thanks for the detailed instructions with the great pics.

"it ain't rocket science", but when you do it right,,,,,,OHHHH SOOOO GOOD!!!!!![p] half my family tells EVERYBODY my ribs are the best anywhere,,,,,,i always say "it's not me,,,,it's the EGG".
