And dad got a little carried away.
Picked up a nice 2.5lb bone in ribeye. Reverse sear with Cow Cover rub, hickory for smoke. COTC with Red Eye Express, and salad since I am on a diet.
Turned out great.

I was just thinking how nice a solo nite would be...at home. No nagging, kids fighting etc and what i make on bge. A ribeye would be ideal, corn on cob, twice baked taters, and of course salad. A couple of amstel lights would wash em all down
You have inspired me to send the family out for a night.
