Father's day burger (sort of)...

Morning All:
that's shrimpburger for this Dad...used 1.5 pound of shrimp...made four "burgers"...on the griddle on the small Egg with some DP Pineapple Head...
after they firmed up some I removed the griddle and onto the cooking grid to finish with some direct flame...
then on the Hawaiian roll with some Wasabi mayo...
added a salad and sweet tator fries to make a DELISH dinner for this father!!

@SSN686 Jay, I have had your recipe for years and STILL haven't made them! However... I finally found the King's Hawaiian rolls so there is hope - and I have no more excuses!
Looks like a worthy Father's Day meal!I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
