Pork steak

Got this 1 1/2" pork steak and read here for some discussion on how to cook it. It weighed 2 pounds. Went indirect at 300* with some apple wood chips. From discussion here thought it would take about 3 hours. Brushed it with apricot preserves and then some bone sucking sauce. It hit 138* in about an hour which was good because I started dinner kind of late. So I pulled it and let it sit a little bit. Turned out pretty good.

Looks great! Most of the pork steaks that I find are 3/8-1/2 thick~ John - https://www.instagram.com/hoosier_egger
