kid free weekend so got some much needed yardwork done. Got pretty deep in the ice chest, too. Wife came home from the store with baby backs so I gave it a shot. No plated pics. Too drunk and hungry last night. Seems like they were pretty damn good.

I mixed some of my red jalapeno jelly in the glaze with the sauce. It darkened and glazed nicely.

I just went straight through with no foil. They came out a touch over but not much. We ate all of them between two of us.
