Maiden voyage with baby backs

Overall I was pleased but I should have probably left them on a little longer. You could pull the meat off the bone but it wasn't just falling off. One rack did break in half when I tried to pick it up with some tongs. I am still loving the egg! So far I have cooked beer can chicken, hamburgers, a brisket and now ribs. I am thinking a pizza may be next!

    Looks like a killer cook! everyone has their own doneness preference, I'd think most people on here don't want the meat to fall off the bone with ribs. I think you did it perfect if your bite was easy and didn't pull all the meat off with it.
