Got this from Sunset magazine.  Breast is rubbed with a chutney made with serrano chiles, 1.5 cups cilantro, 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut, 1/4 cup mint leaves, juice from half a lemon, 1.5 tsp sugar, 1.25 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cumin, and 3 garlic cloves.  Oddly the recipe called for grilling the breasts en pappiote, or wrapped in paper.  I make fish this way often in the oven and it's great, but didn't understand doing it on the grill (except to not heat up the kitchen).
Tonight I'll cook up another, marinated longer and direct on the grill, see how that works.  Not bad.
