Don't beat me up for no pics, but I made burnt ends from Monday's brisket cook tonight. Forgot how incredible they are and it's a crying shame there are just enough left for lunch tomorrow !

Whatevs. i cooked an 88 pound brisket today. Perfectly marbled. perfectly moist. no stall, only took 45 minutes to cook to 201.
