Third time using my new xl egg doing ribs. This Is the first time I put in lots of charcoal.
put in plate setter with ove gloves on I learned my lesson going to the garage to get my Long gloves.
have to go rotate the ribs .

We've all been there. I burned off all my finger hair a few hours ago when I was placing my stone in the egg. It's a common occurrence. I've gotten used to it. Lol.

Took a week or two for my eyebrows to return...cooking burgers. Temperature was 500,or so. Put the cheese on, closed the vent and put the ceramic cap on....forgot to burp it....
