Tonight's stuffed pork tenderloin (pic heavy)

Thought I'd give a stuffed pork tenderloin a try tonight, bc you can't cook chicken wings for every meal. Filled with apple, spinach, onions, a little habanero, salami, and goat cheese. Tried my hand at a bacon weave thanks to an easy how to video someone posted here. So far it's looking good. Trying to get some cooking out of my system so I can set aside some egg downtime to install that new Rutland gasket Ron sent my way.

I was running around 350 degrees. Wasn't really paying attention to the clock but it was probably around an hour
