Finally got to cook my Brisket today and use my flameboss for the first time. The recipe I used was to cook the Brisket until it got to 160° internal. Pull it off and sit it in a roasting pan with sliced onions, a smashed garlic clove, and a half bottle off beer all on the bottom side. Then smother the Brisket with a whole bottle of sweet baby Ray's BBQ sauce and place some sliced onions and bell peppers on top. Last but not least wrap the pan with foil and put it back on the grill until it's done. The final product was pretty darn tasty! I removed the Brisket from the pan and poured the bbq juices in another bowl. I sliced it against the grain then put it back in the pan and poured some of the juices over it along with a few onions and bell peppers too. It wasn't quite what I was personally expecting but every one else had a fit over it saying it was the best Brisket they've ever tasted. There were no leftovers whatsoever! Lol

Looks like a winner to me. Do you happen to have a link to the recipe you followed?Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

uhhhh...quite the "smoke ring" they have there in that video. I'm sure that was unaided. Looks like a pastrami. Wonder why?
