Double Bacon Yardbird

This may have been the best chicken I've created on the egg, which I know means nothing. Spatched bird, olive oil and Meat Church Bacon BBQ rub, then topped with applewood smoked bacon.
My beautiful wife contrived a bacon-wrapped, garlic stuffed, seasoned onion for the grill. The true star of the show!
Added some grilled corn. Raised, direct at 400 with one chunk of cherry.
We ate well while enjoying The Masters.
