2.64 lbs T-bone. Seared on CI then cooked indirect until done. The Spouse had the filet I had about half of the strip. Very tender.

Glad to know my wife and I aren't the only ones to split a steak. It looks good. We moved and Publix is an hour and a half away-Kroger less than a half-hour, but I like Publix meat better.
