beef tender loin question

direct or indirect...[p]I have read several sites...and this is a small loin...[p]less than a pound...[p]I am trying to decide if I should go with the Trex style of cooking or go indirect..[p]I would stuff it by my father n law will be eating it also..[p]He is just a meat and taters kind of guy..

I know they are...right now I have 32 head..and one has been grain/corn fed for the last month or so...and next week she will be ...lets just say...turned into steaks..[p]BTW...the link helps out..

I agree with max.... sounds like a good-sized one person meal (me)!!

Treat it like a steak, not a roast. TRex is a good method - cut it with a fork. DON'T BURN IT!!
