Chicken Bombs - sort of

i had some boneless skinless chicken thighs and came across @NecessaryIndulg 's chicken bombs.    I had no access to jalapeños so improvised with green peppers, which my wife preferred anyway.    A little dizzy pig raging river then lookout!   These were outstanding!
