I know there are many threads on which meat probe is the best, but my maverick is on its last leg and it needs to be replaced. What do you recommend?

    My Maverick has been Mr. Reliable and a co-worker has a new one with more bells and whistles and also loves his. Can't speak for others as it's the only one I've owned, but it was one of the first accessories I ever bought and that was based on the good word of mouth on here.

    Maverick...would be my last choice....mine was as reliable as my Ex was honest...and their customer service was about the same. Thermoworks fan here...sure they are a bit spendy...but are seriously accurate...their customer can't be beat in the unlikely event that you will ever need it...
